The last American troops left South Vietnam on March 30, 1973, and now almost 40 years later, some Vietnam veterans are still affected by the war, physically and psychologically.
“The effects of post-traumatic stress disorder, we have many veterans who receive money from the V.A. for Agent Orange disorders, presumptive disorders. We still have a number of cases forty years later,” Loven said.
