Vietnam vets urged to sign up on Agent Orange Registry

Gannon says you’ll be checked for at least 18 different cancers and diseases.

He says the mixture contained toxins later proven to cause birth defects in children and other maladies that develop over time.

Gannon calls Agent Orange “one of the most serious carcinogens man ever made” and says recent studies show links to diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, various types of soft cells cancers and respiratory diseases.

If you had boots on the ground in Vietnam, anything that has to do with the Agent Orange diseases or illnesses, it’s considered presumptive,” and you may be entitled to compensation.

filed my claim in 2010 and did not know that i could refile after i had been diagnosed with prostate cancer since then the va system has ignored me  and it  is very depressing because i am 57 years old and jobs for a 57 year old black man is very few and far between i just wish they would come on and deal with me.  i got this ringing  in my ears that i thought was not connected with the vietnam issue but reading the material i find that it is related  just wish they would come  on and stop draggin feeet

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WIYH MY AGENT ORANGE CLAIM SENCE NOVEMBER 19th. 2010. FOR SOME REASON MY RECORDS WERE SENT AUBURN, WASHINGTON AND I LIVE IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA.
AS OF THIS DATE I HAVE BEEN GIVEN NOTHING BUT A RUN AROUND WHEN I CALL TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY CLAIM. I WENT TO THE LOCAL VA OFFICE TO SEEK HELP AND WAS  TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME BECAUSE MY FILES WERE IN WASHINGTON.
I THINK THEY SHOULD CLOSE THE OFFICE HERE BECAUSE THEY CAN'T HELP ANYONE AND ARE PLANINING ON SPENDING $ 13,000,000.00 TO REMODEL THE PLACE.
